Do you ship to my home address or I need go somewhere to pick it up?
We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel.

Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS.

How much is the shipping cost ?
Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:

The shipment method you choose (we offer USPS First Class Package: $4.99)

The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.

Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

I forgot to add an item to my order or need to change my order. How do I do this?
Unfortunately, there is no way to add an item(s) or change items once your order is placed. If you contact us immediately after placing your order we may be able to cancel your order so that you can re-place a new order including your additional items. If this cancellation is unable to be made prior to processing you will need to place a new order for your additional item(s).

I’ve not received my order, what should I do?
If you have not received your order, then please contact us at support@edselclothing.com and we will work to correct the problem as soon as possible. I’ll be happy to help you out.

Are Payments Secure?
ABSOLUTELY YES. At this time, we accept payment via Paypal (both Paypal account and Credit Card) which is one of the most secured online payment gateway in order for you to make payment through the internet.

Am I billed for shipping on an exchange order?
If you have exchanged for the same item/same item number, but simply a different size or color, we do not charge shipping, as a courtesy. If you exchange for a different item number, shipping charges are assessed.

Do I have to use prepaid label included with my invoice?
No. You may use whatever carrier is most convenient for you. To protect your interests, we suggest that an insured carrier is used and tracking is obtained on the package.

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.

Once getting the FREE RETURN LABEL and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package to the nearest USPS.

Send your return tracking number or a picture of a return receipt to our customer service team.

We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:

• 1) Items are in different warehouses.
• 2) Clearance or sale items need additional preparation time.
• 3) Weight limit of customs or courier.
You will receive an email notification when each package is being shipped.
